Notarisation of Companies House Documents

Companies doing business overseas will often be asked to produce notarised copies of their company documents such as the certificate of incorporation and memorandum and articles of association and annual accounts. Because these documents are filed at Companies House we can produce notarised copies without you having to attend an appointment with a notary. Depending which country you are dealing with, the notarised documents may require attestation at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (apostille application) and legalisation at one of the embassies before they will be accepted as official documents overseas.
